My wife left China at the end of June, and upon arrival at the Washington airport, she was received and picked up by Mrs. Sun's (owner of the club) son.
我的妻子于六月底离开中国，抵达华盛顿机场后，由孙女士（会所负责人）的儿子接机接待。

In the subsequent days, my wife was given her own spacious room, with large windows and plenty of sunshine. The club is located in an all-green residential area not far from Washington.
在接下来的日子里，我的妻子入住了一间宽敞的独立房间，室内窗明几净，阳光充沛。会所坐落于距离华盛顿不远的一片绿意盎然的住宅区。

The air is clean and fresh, the weather temperate and the environment safe and idyllic. There are almost no people around, and the club has a large farmland around it, which also belongs to the club.
此处空气清新洁净，气候温和宜人，环境安全静谧，充满田园诗意。四周人烟稀少，会所周边还环绕着大片属于俱乐部自有的农田。

For food, the chef cooks the meals which are delicious, but importantly very healthy as the vegetables, meat and fruit used are all locally grown by the club itself in the surrounding land. Occasionally the owner of the club also used to catch fresh water fish, and cook it outdoors.

The stress-free, noise-free clean environment, the high-quality food, the friendly and professional attitude of the club's owners and staff, and the lively atmosphere of the outdoor cooking parties played a big role in helping my wife remain stress-free and happy--which is supremely important for the yet-unborn baby's mental health as well.
这片无压力、无噪音的洁净环境，高品质的饮食，会所主人与员工友善专业的态度，以及户外烹饪派对的欢快氛围，都对帮助我的妻子保持心情愉悦、缓解压力起到了重要作用——这对胎儿的心理健康也至关重要。

Due to unexpected circumstances, I could not go to the USA. Because of this, I was naturally very anxious about my wife giving birth without my being there, but knowing that Mrs. Sun would be there during the procedure, I was somewhat relieved.
由于突发情况，我未能前往美国。因此，对于妻子在我无法陪伴的情况下分娩，我自然十分焦虑，但得知孙老师将在手术过程中全程陪同，我才稍感宽慰。

Before the birth, any time medical checks were needed, Mrs. Sun and her husband personally drove my wife to the hospital which is around 40 minutes' drive (or so) from the care center.
在分娩前，每当需要产检时，孙老师和她的丈夫都会亲自驾车送我的妻子前往医院，从会所出发车程约40分钟。

They have two cars, and I was relieved that Mrs. Sun's husband and son were always ready and available to drive my wife to the hospital, in case needed.

On the big day, after the appointment was set for a C-section operation (as ours was a twin case, one in breech position), the staff which includes four yuesao, all helped my wife get into the car, and were saying kind words of support. (A video of this can be found on Mrs. Sun's Xiao Hong Shu account).

Upon arrival at the hospital, Mrs. Sun was staying at the hospital with my wife all the time, including the night, sleeping on the sofa--such was her dedication. Before my wife was being sent to the operation, she sent me a video of my wife telling me she was going to be a mother soon, and also sent me numerous photos, letting me know what was unfolding by the minute.
到达医院后，孙老师始终陪伴在我妻子身边，包括夜间也睡在沙发上——她的奉献精神令人感动。在我妻子被送入手术室前，她给我发了一段视频，妻子在视频中告诉我她即将成为母亲，同时还发送了大量照片，让我实时了解情况。

After the babies were born, Mrs. Sun quickly informed me and sent me photos of my wife and my babies. It was such a relief! I am so grateful for all she has done for my family that I felt writing a mere comment on her Xiao Hong Shu account was not enough. Hence, this website.
宝宝出生后，孙老师第一时间通知我，并发送了我妻子和宝宝的照片。这让我如释重负！我深深感激她为我们家所做的一切，觉得仅在小红书账号上留言不足以表达谢意，因此创建了这个网站。

After the birth, as my wife was recovering from the operation, Mrs. Sun was by her side like her own mother, and took care of her in every possible way. She was also supervising and helping the hospital nurses with my newborn babies. In those nights at the hospital, she barely slept at night (roughly 3 to 4 hours at most), because she was taking care of two babies all on her own, feeding them and cleaning them.
产后妻子手术恢复期间，孙老师像母亲一样陪伴在她身边，无微不至地照料。她还监督并协助医院护士照顾我的新生宝宝。在医院的那些夜晚，她几乎彻夜不眠（最多仅睡3-4小时），独自照顾两个宝宝，喂奶、清洁。

After several days at the hospital and after doctor's clearance, Mrs. Sun took my wife and kids back to the club.
在医院观察数日并获得医生许可后，孙老师将我的妻子和孩子们接回了会所。

The cook makes delicious and nutritious meals, which are supposed to help with the recovery. They are also given healthy snacks at any time they wish to eat.
厨师烹制美味营养的餐食，有助于产后恢复。她们还可以随时享用健康的点心。

There is a friendly and polite dog at the yard, lots of ducks, a cute and clever cat, several horses and other animals to hang out, if anyone wanted. My wife loves animals and had become friends with their dog, which was so gentle and kind to her. Hanging out with animals and taking a walk with the dog and the cat who were following her around always kept her happy, which helped with the prevention of postpartum depression.
院子里有友善的狗狗、许多鸭子、聪明可爱的猫咪、几匹马和其他动物可供互动。我妻子喜爱动物，与温顺的狗狗成了朋友。与动物相伴，被猫狗跟随散步的时光让她始终保持愉悦，有效预防了产后抑郁。

Sun laoshi and her husband also took my wife and the other moms to shopping trips, and on all those occasions, they would take my wife and the other mothers to eat food from various countries of the world. While what my wife bought at the supermarket she herself paid, all the food she and the other moms ate at the restaurants were generously paid by the Sun laoshi.
孙老师和她丈夫还带我妻子和其他宝妈购物，每次都会请她们品尝各国美食。虽然超市购物由妻子自费，但所有餐厅用餐均由孙老师慷慨承担。

In the first week, my wife's breasts had become painful and hard (this is supposed to happen, especially if it was a twin pregnancy). Mrs. Sun and the other nannies (月嫂) at the center helped her with practical tips to alleviate the pain (and also personally helped her by massaging which helped a lot).
第一周妻子出现乳房胀痛硬块（尤其是双胎妊娠后的正常现象）。孙老师和其他月嫂不仅提供缓解疼痛的实用建议，还亲自为她按摩疏导。

Sun Laoshi, Gigi, Nana, Xiaoyu, and Chongchong take turns taking care of the four babies that are there (two of them, my kids). The newborns demand to be fed on time and properly handled and taken care of, and each of these wonderful human beings treat our kids exactly like their own, with care and attention.
孙老师、Gigi、Nana、小于和虫虫轮流照顾四个婴儿（其中两个是我的孩子）。这些可爱的人们像对待亲生子女般，以细心与关爱准时喂养、妥善照料着每个新生儿。

For instance, they even use specialized toys to play with the infants so that they develop spatial reasoning and visual abilities faster. They talk to them gently and kindly and the babies seem happy and healthy, and in some photos, smiling. Mrs. Sun and her husband also organized a one-month-old birth-month party photoshoot for our babies (and also for the other babies), which will be a cherished memory for our kids when they're grown up.
她们甚至使用专业玩具与婴儿互动，促进空间思维和视觉能力发展。轻柔的对话让宝宝们健康快乐，照片中常露笑容。孙老师夫妇还为宝宝们筹办了满月派对和写真拍摄，这将成为孩子们成长后的珍贵回忆。

Before I forget, let me add that my wife has to pump milk which then is transferred to bottles that the yuesao and Sun laoshi then feed to my babies (they also give her tips and help with the pumping of milk). Sun laoshi also usually (if not always) brings in fruits and other delicious things to my wife, which is very kind of her, and appreciated by us.
趁我还没忘，补充说明一下：我妻子需要将母乳吸出装入奶瓶，随后由月嫂和孙老师用这些奶瓶给宝宝喂奶（她们还会提供吸奶技巧和协助）。孙老师也常常——甚至可以说总是——贴心地为我妻子带来水果等可口食物，这份善意让我们倍感温暖。

By the way, several weeks after the babies were born and could be taken outside, Sun laoshi and her husband drove my wife and babies to all the relevant governmental institutions to get babies' paperwork done. All of this was very efficient and took several hours at most, for each procedure. Obtaining passports was only a matter of two hours or so, after all the registrations were done.
对了，宝宝们出生几周后可以外出时，孙老师和她的先生还专门开车接送我妻子和宝宝们前往各相关政府机构办理出生手续。每项流程都非常高效，最多只需几小时就办妥了。尤其办护照时，在所有登记完成后，仅用两小时左右就拿到了。

My wife and kids will leave the Yage Infant club sometime in October.
我的妻子和孩子们将在十月的某个时候离开雅歌母婴会所。

Now that my wife can walk more, she, Mrs. Sun and some of the other staff often go on walks on the farm grounds, for fresh air, sunshine and to relax. Mrs. Sun also took them all to farmer's markets, fairs, and other activities in the surrounding areas.
现在我妻子可以多走动后，她常和孙老师及其他几位工作人员在农场里散步，呼吸新鲜空气、晒晒太阳放松身心。孙老师还带她们去了周边的农贸市场、集市聚会等各种活动。

They once went to an apple orchard and collected fresh, delicious and pesticide-free apples by the cartload. I have forgotten how it feels like to pick an apple, wash it and directly eat it without any worries. Lucky them!
她们曾去过一个苹果园，采摘了大量新鲜、美味、无农药的苹果。我已经忘了摘个苹果洗洗直接吃是什么感觉了。真羡慕她们！

As a husband and father who is stuck here in China and could not be there for my family, Mrs. Sun, her family and the staff at Yage club became our American family, and they made me so grateful that in order to thank them for all this, I wrote this website from scratch (I'm a computer programmer) and also added Chinese translation for the benefit of the Chinese readers.
